We found a Townhome!!!!

Okay, so for all who don't know, let me recap:
We sold our home in PA. And our lease is up on our apartment here, so we decided to rent out a 1 car garage townhome.
We found one on Saturday. It has on the:
1st floor:
2 story Living room
Dining room with pillars
Laundry Room
Powder Room (1/2 Bath)
Kitchen
Breakfast Room
Master Bedroom
Master Bath with Garden Tub and separate shower
Deck out back and a side and back yard.
The front also has a small porch.

2nd Floor:
Two Bedrooms
A hall bath that has two vanities on the outside
A huge loft that over looks the family room

So all in all, I have 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms and a loft. The square footage is bigger than my home in PA. So we are gonna fill out the application and send it in ASAP. Here is a pic of the outside:
