I will miss it, but its been such a stressor. I am so glad its over with. We did get a very low offer, it won't even pay off the rest of what we owe on the house, so thats a bummer. But its done. Settlement is October 24th. And I made my Mother in Law, power of attorney, so she can sit in on settlement for me. So I don't have to go and drag Ryan 8 hours to sign a few papers.
So lets hope this goes through.
